After publishing the new scale of fees they take 60 days to go into 
effect. As it stands they'd have to decide what level from the schedule 
they want when it is renewal time but that's largely because we haven't 
set out any transition provisions. The existing corporate membership 
benefits are approximately the same as the new bronze tier.

This is something we should make explicit, and allow corporate members 
to switch to a higher tier before their renewal date.
