Looking at the numbers 2015/2016 in comparison:

* for 2015 you have 11k for 'server opertations' - i assume that is 
hosting - which you have with 12k in 2016.
* for 2015 you have 3k 'legal and professional fees' - for 2016 there 
are 11k for 'legal fees' alone. What is the cause for this massive 
increase?

And citing from the outlook:

While i agree on the hardware defect risk for legal threats this is 
always a two sided sword because having a lot of cash lying around is 
also an incentive for others to try legal actions.  Because when there 
is no money to get the potential gain in litigation is minimal on the 
other hand.
