That is a simple one: in 2015 the LWG asked for iirc £6k budget and got
half of it approved. Obviously we tried to stay roughly within the
approved budget. If you go back to 2014 you will see that the same line
item was roughly £7k, conclusion: it is not the 2016 figure that is
high, it is the 2015 number that is low.
