Well given that 2/3 of our contributors are based in Europe

even if not all of them in the EU, the simple answer is, yes, naturally
EU legislation will continue to be important for OSM, regardless of
essentially any other changes (for example even if we moved to the US).

Now the complicated answer wrt BREXIT is that nobody knows what is going
to happen. The only thing we do know with a high likelihood is that the
UK will still be an EU member state when the GDPR goes in to force.
