OSM Community grew up.
There are various type of Mapper(OSMer).

personal mapper
team (group) mapper
paid (company) mapper

I think that it's difficult to rate a Mapper(OSMer).
But, I trust evaluation of Mapper(OSMer) by OSMFJ.
I hope 'to give a sense of fulfillment to each mapper.'
