Note that OSM may fall not just under "Mission Partners" (the goals of 
an open and interoperable web are surely something that OSM shares - if 
you go read the Mozilla Mission, there's probably a lot that the OSM 
community will agree with), but even under "Foundational Technology", 
given that Mozilla uses OSM e.g. at 
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contact/spaces/ and 
https://location.services.mozilla.com/map - mostly via MapBox.

That said, I'm both an OSM mapper and OSMF supporter as well as a 
Mozilla Rep and very-long-time Mozilla community member, so take what I 
say with a grain of salt, as I obviously have a close relationship with 
both projects/organizations.
