[Osmf-talk] OSM and MOSS?

I don't really see the difference to other sources of potential project
funding except that it might be slightly easier to access. The problem
is that "we" as in the OSMF, don't have any (software) projects* that
MOSS could fund and that in our current model what is mostly underfunded
is operational and administrative which would seem to be out of scope
for MOSS (the LWG could easily spend another £20k/annum on IP related
stuff, and probably more for the grand privacy policy rewrite).

for money then devise something around the amount we received.
