[Osmf-talk] [HOT] Code of Conduct Reminder

Could we ask the OSMF if we can set up a humanitarian at openstreetmap.org
mailing list that is not subject of HOT restrictions and open to everyone
under the same rules and regulations of other OSM mailinglists?
