thanks for the reminder.

Looking over the last minutes in noticed two things:

* Votes on circular resolutions and other things seem to be minuted with 
individual votes this time - is this a new default procedure now?  If 
that is the case this should probably be reflected in the rules of 
order.
* Regarding the corporate editing policy there is the following 
statement:

"Affected organisations will be explicitly contacted and be able to 
provide input as part of writing the policy - but not on the phrasing 
of the questionnaire."

I would like to remind everyone that any such input (which is indeed 
important to seek) should be public because confidential participation 
of organisations in writing an organized editing policy would largely 
delegitimize the whole thing.  I know the cited statement is mainly 
meant to say the questionnaire is designed without input from these 
organizations but it might be a good idea to make explicit in the 
minutes that other participation of organizations on this matter, in 
particular on the policy itself, will be transparent and public - and 
to plan ahead in that regard to avoid the awkwardness that input 
received on the matter might not be intended for publication.
