Hi all,

for everyone who wasn't able to attend the meeting:

We decided at last year's F2F that the default actually is to minute the
individual votes in almost all cases. There are two exceptions: 1.
private parts of a meeting and 2. if the vote was unanimous.

And yes, it probably should be reflected in the rules of order. This is
an open action item to check which docs need to be updated regarding the
increased transparency. Rules of order will be one part of it and I hope
we'll find the time to do this soon.

This was kind of phrased badly in the minutes. Organisations will be
contacted to be able to provide input as anyone else does. I.e. to take 
part in the survey, not for writing the policy itself.
