[Osmf-talk] Ghana/ West Africa contacts

I met a guy from the Open Foundation West Africa last week:

and he asked me for OSM contacts both in that region (specifically,
he's in Ghana) and globally. I've pointed him at the relevant Wiki
page and mailng lists, but the latter are quiet. If anyone wants to
