[Osmf-talk] Board term limits and term lengths

It will be three years ago at upcoming AGM that the board promised the
membership that it would address the term limit and length issues. While
naturally it is not easy for the board to move something like this
forward, it is not clear who else should be doing it.

Could we at least get a clear statement that the board will address this
in 2018?
