Since this type of work, I mean mapping by satellite imagery, is 
vulnerable to the delocalisation, it may happen that some paid mappers 
are unable to handle private messages. At least, they should be trained 
to use an automatic translator, or a supervisor with linguistic skills 
reads the messages.
