[Osmf-talk] Call for experts: CiviCRM software

Hello osmf-talkers,

We on the Membership Working Group are considering engagement of an expert/consultant in the CiviCRM software platform, which we use for managing membership, to help us sort out some ongoing issues.

Before hiring a commercial consultant, we're asking the community if there are any experts here, or if anyone knows a good one.

We're running CiviCRM 4.7.31 on WordPress 4.9.5 (Linux), and our issues relate to emails not leaving the system (i.e, it's a CiviCRM issue, not a mailserver issue).

All references welcome; I'll forward any responses to the rest of the MWG.
