[Osmf-talk] Fee Waiver Program announcement

Hello,

the Membership Working Group is pleased to release the first version of 
the Fee Waiver Program, with the form at 
https://join.osmfoundation.org/fee-waiver-program/

The fee waiver program allows those who cannot join the foundation 
because they lack money transfer options to join, and will allow those 
can't join because of financial need to join.

If you're from a country where the cost to do a bank transfer exceeds 
the membership fee and PayPal isn't an option, we want your help. 
Contact us at membership at osmfoundation.org with information.

If you want to help expand the fee waiver program to those who do have 
money transfer options but can't afford it, contact us at 
membership at osmfoundation.org to join the Working Group.

I want to thank the others on the WG who have worked on this as well as 
regular business, particularly Joost who has put in long hours, and 
Michael and Steve who have kept up the regular work with the Registrar.
