[Osmf-talk] Proposal - OSMF Should Adopt a Code of Conduct

Having served on the DWG in the past I would be quite willing to be part of a team responsible for investigating and resolving CoC related issues. 

Martin, the very open-ended question "should OSM have a CoC" has in the past led to rambling, sentimental and unconstructive discussion on-list and off. If a membership vote is the right instrument for a decision then the question ought to be "should OSM have *this* CoC"
