[Osmf-talk] Don't forget to vote on the 2019 AoA changes

Just in case it has gone forgotten in the usual annual flurry of  upset
around the board elections: there is are really important changes to the
OSMF Articles of Association on the table this year and because the
hurdle to getting these accepted is really high, that is 75% of all cast
votes, it is key that as many members as possible use their voting
rights to get these changes passed.

Unluckily the board has not come out strong in support of the fixed term
and term limit amendments, after promising  "to do something" in the
aftermath of the vote 5 years ago on fixed length terms and term limits,
there were accepted but fail to pass the 75% threshold, so it is again
completely in the hand of the members to push this through.

Please vote yes to the three relevant resolutions.
