The user seems to be inactive since a month.

Can you point me to public changeset comments that the user has ignored?

It is certainly possible to delete all buildings contributed by this
user if the Croatian community decides that, on the whole, they
represent a negative contribution. This is, however, not a decision the
Croatian community should take lightly.

Would it not be more constructive to make this into a MapRoulette task?
