The ESRI site appears to be doing client side rendering so
there is likely to be an extra technical obstacle of finding
a way to get leaflet to do that rendering.

I'm not an expert but I believe such support is quite limited
at the moment, and it will certainly depend on what stylesheet
technology they are using if you want to use their style.
