Note my "assumption" of various things being included in the numbers is
based on reading that you specified it as cost for the OSMF. No matter
how this is done contractually (as you said in an employment or
freelance setup) this is going to include the costs mentioned in some
form. My assessment of EUR 17-23 being fairly low is based on my
experience with hourly rates in various contexts. This AFAIK does not
vary that much between Greece, the UK and Germany. But as said - it
seems low to me, i don't claim i know for sure it is low.

I understand that. My interest on this matter is based on the feeling
of obligation as an OSMF member to help ensuring that the OSMF - when
paying people to work for them in any form, as employees or as
independent contractors, pays an appropriate compensation for that. My
question about that is not meant to imply that you do not intend to do
that, it is meant to help us understand the data you provided on that.
I specifically have asked this question separately to make clear that
this is not part of my critique of the lack of transparency on the
matter (but could probably have been more explicit about that).
