[Osmf-talk] Working with Dorothea full-time

Besides the obvious "at last" :-) I just wanted to touch on Christophs
point with respect to contracting with a external consultant for
determining the best way to actually regularize and extend Dortheas
employment.

This is -not- the same as going to an external consultancy for a random
wild goose chase which is so popular with some other organisations in
similar roles, this is simply the board seeking professional advice on a
rather complex issue and which, as other legal matters, should not need
special community approval in advance. It is definitely preferable to
the board simply winging it. The correct way for the members to control
expenditure on such things is in any case via the budget (I don't
believe the board has ever budgeted for such things in the past maybe it
should start doing so).
