Thanks, i am well aware of that and i think it is a good idea that the
board seeks external advise on this.  My mentioning of this was just
meant to illustrate that the board's plans and actions were already
fairly concrete before any mentioning of them to the members through
Frederik's mail.

I see nothing wrong with contracting for external advise where it is
useful, purpose oriented and needed because we don't have the necessary
expertise within the volunteer community.  But i also think it is
important to transparently inform the members about such plans as they
are being made and not only later.
