right (at least at the moment it is not visible on the user pages), but
there are users declaring for themself that they waive rights on their
contributions, e.g. about 580 people do it in the wiki:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Category:Users_whose_contributions_are_in_the_public_domain
