[Osmf-talk] Can we untick the Public domain checkbox from our initial choice done during OSM sign up?

The template at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Template:PD-user has
broader and more specific language than the checkbox, so I would consider
it a different list, though of possibly the same intent from the user's
perspective.
