[Osmf-talk] attribution: board letter to facebook

I don't know if your screenshots are from the Facebook site. if you use the
apps there's still lack of attribution. as you know I have asked the board,
in June to terminate their license, which they have 30 days to fix after
receiving the notice from the licensor or have their license permanently
terminated (ODbL 9.4). sadly, 4 months later the board, still hasn't
decided anything. it's sad we have a license that clearly mention what the
licensor can do and zero action has been taken (it's public that I have
requested Facebook in October 2018 to comply with the attribution, way
before asking the licensor OSMF to terminate). one year is more than enough
to fix it, we are not speaking of a small startup here.
what's worst is that we are not only speaking of a OSM data user, they are
actually corporate members of OSMF and should be good citizens as mentioned
on https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Corporate_Members
"We expect Corporate Members to conduct themselves as good citizens of the
OpenStreetMap ecosystem, e.g. by complying with our attribution
requirements (Licence and Legal FAQ), following good editing practice and
adhering to the community's guidelines, such as the Licence/Community
Guidelines and the Organised Editing Guidelines. "


here's a quote I sent to the board in July,with several attribution still
not fixed. there's even OSM maps being attributed to HERE.
