Hi,
just some thoughts:

- Creating documentation/courses -> if are easily editable, possibily on 
a collaborative platform (not a pdf, ...)

- Merchandise (swag): -1 as we don't have much money, I should avoid 
merchandise

I like a lot funding and outreach programs for schools and universities
