[Osmf-talk] [OSM-talk] Attribution guideline status update

For me, a 'fair use' of a screenshot in any blog post, imply a citation of the source material. If the source material is derived from OSM data, a notice of the OSM source and license is to be added, at least in the footer. 
My concern here is not US law, but in an article about nice maps, failing to do so tells me a lot about the writing skills of the author.
