[Osmf-talk] New idea: Invite a LC to speak at each OSMF Board meeting

Hi Steve,

In a perfect world, there would be no added value to this idea. We,
however, do not live in a perfect world :)
As others have stated, there is a big difference between having the option
to participate, and being actively invited to do so.
