[Osmf-talk] OSM-US local chapter application

My two manats' worth: if there is one thing OSM does well (besides
building a great map), it is to avoid being terribly doctrinaire. If
local chapters at the subnational level crop up in the United States and
want formal affiliation, that can almost certainly be accommodated in
consultation with OSM US. The more, the merrier!
