All,

The issue of Brexit is indeed a pressing one. Much to my surprise, the
opportunity to lengthen the current transitionary phase was not seized,
despite there being excellent reasons to do so, even without any loss of
face (quite unlike the many embarrassing delays of the formal Brexit
itself).

I would be in favor of moving the foundation to an EU member state where
the independence of the judiciary branch is not in doubt (I'm not saying
there's a problem with that in the UK, but this requirement does rule
out e.g. Poland). This can be done with relative ease between EU member
states. I believe moving a legal person from the UK to an EU member
state is still equally hassle-free, but that may change on January 1st.
If true (someone would need to check this), we'd have to hurry to make
it in time, which is why I'm getting ahead of myself and suggesting a
possible course of action that may not even be supported by the
majority. If we really don't have any time to lose, we must act quickly.
So sorry about that...

And of course I second the request for more clarity on the board's
position on this matter.

Regards,

Jorden
