Re this bit:

We devised a rule similar to this during the Geolibres application, and
have later decided to include this in all future LCA's as well. SInce we'll
be offering "upgrading" to the new version of the LCA to the existing
applications, that would mean this rule will probably be rolled out to most
existing chapters as well.
