[Osmf-talk] Microgrants call for committee

Hi Joost,

It is really great to see the Microgrants project become reality!

Not directly related to your email above, but I am just wondering if the
policy document/Wiki page will be translated to other languages? I can only
see that it mentions help in translating proposal ideas into English.

To make the most impact and reach all communities it would be extremely
useful to have the call/policy document translated into as many languages
as you can find translators for. Can the Board maybe set up and coordinate
a similar mechanism as last year's pre-SotM survey? As I remember that
questionnaire got translated into a bunch of different languages. I think
it would be a nice touch to Microgrants program if the policy was
proactively translated by the launch instead of waiting for the various
local communities to step up and act.
