[Osmf-talk] Microgrants call for committee

Hi Levente,

Good point. I was thinking that coordinating this would be the job of the
Microgrants Committee itself, as they will be responsible for getting the
call for applications circulated widely. But it probably makes sense to
have the policy document itself translated too, and there's no reason to
wait with that.
