I don't doubt that - i just saw that you have not changed the "be open
by default" and "personal benefits" formulations. There might be good
reasons for that but with your contemplations on this being non-public
i can't know that. Hence the reminder that these comments might be of
interest.

No you don't - but i'd bet that the committee members you select will
all have good English language ability. Whether or not this is a
formal criterion is not the point.

Yes, the document currently does not detail this and if the committee
shows a good hand in doing this (by delegating not only work but also
authority) i would tend to agree.
