[Osmf-talk] microgrants - second draft policy document

This is great, very exciting!

Some of the target audience for these grants might not themselves be aware that their projects are eligible, either because they're not informed about the grants program or because they don't see their efforts as meeting some imagined bar (impostor syndrome). For new or under-represented participants, I’d love to see a plan for active outreach and recruitment of promising recipients.
