[Osmf-talk] microgrants - second draft policy document

Hi Joost

I would have suggested adding something like "Any purchase or activity
that would be budgeted by the OSMF in the normal course of business" to
the "Examples of ideas unlikely to be accepted", instead of trying to
enumerate (and only partially succeeding) everything that is in the
OSMFs normal remit.

WRT the tools question, the LWG (as has been pointed out every time the
question turns up) simply uses the platform provided by the OSMF and we
would be completely happy to use something else that provides equivalent
collaborative, parallel editing and markup and long term storage with
flexible publication options (with bus factor substantially greater than
one please). It is clearly not in our remit to spend our time hunting
around to find yet another non-integrated, partial solution.
