[Osmf-talk] Donating via transferwise

Well at least it is system tested now and the wiki has been updated.

I'll throw together a quick something forOSMweekly.

It's actually cheaper for me to donate through Transferwise than paypal 
as paypal hit me with a really poor conversion rate from Canadian dollars.
