[Osmf-talk] Donating via transferwise

In theory I've done small write up here:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Johnwhelan/diary/393584
and submitted it to weeklyosm.
Hopefully it will be of use and I've done it correctly.
The process has been system tested and works end to end.
