[Osmf-talk] Geolibres Local Chapter application for Argentina

Hi Christoph,

There is no India application, so there was nothing to review or
pre-approve. The question from Allan was about helping them analyze
different models for their organization so that maybe, one day, they might
make a Local Chapter application.
