That looks quite good to me.

What i found intriguing on reading the paperwork is that they seem to 
have kind of a two-tier board.  Kind of because the board of directors 
and the executive board are not fully separate but the former consists of 
the 5 members of the latter plus 4 additional people.  Still the 
separation of executive functions and formal representation and oversight 
of the organization's inner processes seems an interesting idea (and i 
think none of the existing LCs has something similar).
