[Osmf-talk] OSM DRC Local Chapter application

I fully support this application.

It makes me very happy to see this first African country application for 
an LC. I've been 4 times in DRC, and met in person OSM mappers in 
Lubumbashi, and others online.

No one like the local DRC community knows the challenges of mapping such 
a big and difficult country.

I wish the OSM DRC local community all the best, and they can continue 
to count with my full support.
