I totally agree with Cyrille
I think that software development should be a secondary focus, and only
addressed when the legal tasks are finished and the systems infrastructure
is working properly. It's a nonsense to promote the easy edition of the
database if the database servers or the tile servers are continuously
failing, or if the legal status of the database is being challenged...
