On what the OSMF should concentrate on, like you I do support the work 
on legal and key infrastructure, including system software.

I also expect OSMF to support software that supports editing, especially 
editing for beginners. I would also like the OSMF to support user 
membership and recruitment, possibly through support for guides and 
template materials for building local leadership, membership and member 
retention.  This work would directly support Local Chapters and local 
groups to be the real focus of membership operations.

matériel pour renforcer le leadership local, l'adhésion et la 
fidélisation des membres.  Ce travail aiderait directement les chapitres 
locaux et les groupes locaux à devenir le véritable centre des 
opérations d'adhésion.
