Why in developing country you would be able to run MAPS.ME and unable to run Osmand, mapy.cz,
Magic Earth, Vespucci, StreetComplete, OsmGo! and many other Android OSM applications using
OSM data or that are dedicated OSM editors?

(I am not saying that we should do this, I think that overall MAPS.ME edits are
slightly positive, but MAPS.ME has superior and viable alternatives and its
usefulness to improving OSM map data is very limited)
