[Osmf-talk] Africa as a training ground - protecting its vulnerability & HOT practices was RE: google Open Buildings usage request

OK, didn't know that, so too critical to associate it with HOT, sorry 
for that.

So who did, why are we using Telegram as the main communication channel 
and why don't we have a decent contact or OSM wiki page ? And if I am 
missing out on it, where does it exist ? Is it a work in progress or 
what is the reason not to use the OSM forum, recurring Mapathons are 
already ongoing.
