[Osmf-talk] List of people employed by OSMF

1) complete deletion is a bad idea, as this way someone searching for this
info on community-maintained OSM Wiki will not find this pointer
OSMF wiki is a separate wiki
2) currently it is not intended to give full info but some very short
summary - basically answer to someone who is surprised why OSMF
needs to employ anyone
But if people think that it is a bad idea it can be deleted and keep
just redirect to OSMF wiki
