"The organised editing guidelines apply to any edits that involve more than one person
and can be grouped under one or more sizeable, substantial, coordinated editing initiatives.
While primarily aimed at map editing, they can also be applied to other aspects of the project,
e.g. the Wiki."

https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines

Technically "Mateusz Konieczny asks his friends and family to edit OSM" already
fits (more then one person, substantial, coordinated by myself).
Though it is obviously not covered.

(I think that I complained about it when OEG were drafted, but I cannot
track it down)

But is it intended to apply in case where group of mappers
- made https://aed.openstreetmap.org.pl
- will make easy-to use editor limited to adding AED or
document how to add AED
- promote this across FB or something and ask people
to map AED?

I was asked by people organizing it to set up OEG page
on wiki as required, but it seems not necessary.

But OEG definition as defined technically covers it.

But OEG definition seems broken and basically everything
is covered by it.

(maybe editing OEG and giving some examples of what is obviously
covered and what is obviously not covered would be a good idea?)
