Perhaps rather than the term "organized editing" one of these options would
be more appropriate:

directed editing
supervised editing
controlled editing
guided editing
managed editing

I think each of these better communicates that there is some authority
directing, supervising, controlling, guiding, or managing the editing
effort.  Organized editing can easily be interpreted to include
self-organized groups of individuals.
