And we can test whether we can spell "overspecification" and
"anal-retentive".

I think it's clearly absurd. It does not take a judge and jury to tell
whether OSM is attributed or not, and whether it's intentionally abused
(like yellow attribution on orange background) or not. Reading "it may
fade after 5 seconds" makes my brain explode.
