[Osmf-talk] [OSM-talk] Should OSMF run another microgrants round?

I am absolutely for it. However, I would suggest a few changes to the
program.
First and foremost:
OSMF must specify what measurable effect should be achieved or at least in
what field. Do we care about marketing, mapping quality or the application
of data available in the project?
Secondly, project analysis and granting rules should be more transparent,
e.g. on a scoring basis.
Thirdly, in last year's edition I missed the methods of verifying the
implementation of the project and the settlement of the received grant, as
well as information on what will happen with the received money if the
project is not implemented.
